Dr. Josh Reed

I was born and raised in Youngstown, New York, and I’m a proud life-long Buffalo Bills fan. I went to Lewiston-Porter where I played many years of football and lacrosse, yet, despite my being in peak physical health, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure at the age of fifteen. After four years of medical treatment that ultimately resulted in a fruitless surgery, I was left to believe that I would be on medication for the rest of my life.

When I was nineteen, I got into a motorcycle accident, followed by a car accident only four weeks later. These events turned out to be best “accidents” of my life. This is when I had my first chiropractic experience.

The doctor shared with me a concept that I had never heard before; that the body was meant to self-regulate and heal ITSELF. This philosophy was what inspired me to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. It was there that a professor and mentor adjusted where my skull surrounds the brain stem. This allowed my body to naturally reduce its blood pressure to a healthy state. I continue to remain medication free to this day.

It is my promise to bring this same care that dramatically changed my life to the people of my hometown. I am proud of where I come from. In all of my travels, I have never experienced a place quite like WNY. Its inhabitants are full of passion and pride, and I am honored to serve my neighbors, friends and family.
